My name is Kayse Malak. I am a veteran, a mom, a wife, a dog mom, a real estate investor and a short term rental superhost. I have been in the business of short term rentals since 2019. I have an abundance of experience, good and bad in the short term rental space and I have found that it is truly a passion of mine. I love to create spaces that people love to be in, rave about to their friends and visit yearly. The cashflow is a really nice part of it as well. I figured there is plenty of properties to go around so why not help other people create pockets of happiness? I love this business and I would love to share it with you too!

Hi, I’m Kaylene. I was born and raised near Surfside Beach and now call it home. I have a passion for real estate and traveling which led me to the short term rental business in 2022. I enjoy hosting spaces that a guest can feel at home in on vacation and create memories they want to keep returning to. Outside of hosting properties, my husband and I are property developers both commercial and residential. This has allowed me to immerse myself in real estate and work with customers on both investing in a property and getting the most out of their investment through property management. I would love the opportunity to share my passion with you and create and maintain a space that ensures a happy guest and growth for your investment.
